What we do in commercial premises
Fit-outs on a programme
First fix coordinated with the partitions and ceilings, second fix with furniture and equipment delivery. We work to the fit-out programme, so the electrical trade is never the reason a handover date slips.
Lighting that sells the space
Retail and hospitality lighting is a commercial decision as much as a technical one. We plan the levels, the colour temperature and the accent lighting around the merchandise or the room, then wire it for scene control.
Power that can take the load
Three-phase distribution, balanced across the phases, with capacity left for the equipment you'll add next year. Panels laid out and labelled so any electrician can work on them safely.
Backup and continuity
UPS, generator changeover and properly segregated essential circuits. Tills, servers, cold storage and security stay live through an outage while the rest of the load sheds.

Design & quotation
Load assessment, circuit design and cable sizing, priced as a written quote against a defined scope. You know the number and the specification before anyone starts work.

Installation
Carried out by licensed electricians, coordinated with your other trades and your programme, and the site left clean at the end of every day.

Testing & commissioning
Insulation resistance, earth continuity, polarity, RCD operation, load balance. Tested, recorded and put right before anything is handed over.

Handover & support
Labelled boards, as-built drawings, test results, and a walkthrough of how it all works. Then a number to call if anything needs attention.
