What we do in homes
New house wiring
Conduiting coordinated with the mason, wiring pulled after plaster, and a board laid out so every circuit is labelled and separately protected. We plan the points around your furniture, not around what's convenient to wire.
Rewires and upgrades
Older houses often have undersized cable, no earth on the socket circuits and a board with no RCD. We survey what's there and tell you what's unsafe and what's merely old. Then we phase the work so you can keep living in the house.
Fault finding
A tripping RCD, a warm socket, a light that flickers. Those are symptoms. We trace the cause with proper test gear instead of hopefully swapping parts, and we tell you what we found.
Automation and security
Smart lighting, motorised curtains, an automatic gate, cameras, rooftop solar. Designed together, so the house ends up with one system instead of five unrelated ones.

Load assessment, circuit design and cable sizing, priced as a written quote against a defined scope. You know the number and the specification before anyone starts work.

Installation
Carried out by licensed electricians, coordinated with your other trades and your programme, and the site left clean at the end of every day.

Testing & commissioning
Insulation resistance, earth continuity, polarity, RCD operation, load balance. Tested, recorded and put right before anything is handed over.

Handover & support
Labelled boards, as-built drawings, test results, and a walkthrough of how it all works. Then a number to call if anything needs attention.
