The basis on which we provide this website, quote for work, and carry it out.

About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website, operated by SAMBHAJI TECHNOLOGIES LLP, #1209, Indoor Stadium Road, 2nd Floor, Opp. Gangubai Hangal Park, Davanagere, Karnataka, GSTIN 29AFXFS0057B1ZQ. By using the site you accept them.

They also set out the general basis on which we quote for and carry out work. Where we issue a written quotation, work order or contract for a specific job, that document takes precedence over anything on this page.

Information on this site

We keep the content here accurate and current, but it is provided for general information only. Descriptions of services indicate what we typically do; they are not a technical specification, a warranty, or advice for any particular installation.

Nothing on this site should be relied on as electrical safety advice. Electrical work is dangerous and should only be carried out by registered electricians with the relevant skills and tools. If you are unsure about anything at your property, stop and call us.

Enquiries and quotations

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. Prices are given only in a written quotation issued by us after we have assessed the work, and are valid for the period stated on that quotation.

  • A quotation covers only the scope described in it.
  • Additional work, concealed conditions found once work begins, or changes you request are quoted separately and must be approved before we carry them out.
  • Estimates given verbally or by message before a site assessment are indicative only.

Carrying out the work

We will carry out work with reasonable skill and care, using licensed electricians. We ask that you:

  • give us safe and reasonable access to the site at the agreed times;
  • tell us about known hazards, concealed services or restrictions before we start;
  • arrange for the supply, permissions, approvals or shutdown windows that are your responsibility under the quotation;
  • keep people away from active work areas.

Programme dates are our best estimate. Delays caused by access, other trades, supply availability, weather or matters outside our reasonable control may move them.

Payment

Payment terms, including any advance or stage payments, are those stated in the quotation or invoice. Applicable taxes are charged in addition unless stated otherwise. Materials remain our property until paid for in full.

Workmanship and defects

We stand behind our workmanship for the period stated in the quotation. Tell us promptly about any defect and we will inspect it and put right anything that is our responsibility.

This does not cover:

  • equipment or materials supplied by you or by others;
  • manufacturer defects in products we installed. Those fall under the manufacturer’s own warranty, and we will help you claim under it;
  • damage caused by misuse, alteration or repair by anyone other than us, supply disturbances, lightning, flooding or other events outside our control;
  • normal wear, or failure to carry out recommended maintenance.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, our liability in connection with any job is limited to the amount payable for that job, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, production, revenue or data.

Intellectual property

The content, layout, design and logo on this site belong to SAMBHAJI TECHNOLOGIES LLP unless stated otherwise. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not reproduce, republish or use them commercially without our written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Davanagere, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
